YOUR BURNING FAQ’S ANSWERED
Can I pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly?
We ask all of our members to pay monthly to keep things simple. Our memberships are set to auto renew on the same date each month and we are able to adjust this to best fit with your own monthly finances if you let us know.
Can I pay cash rather than with a card?
We ask that all members store an up to date debit or credit card in the system and update it when necessary to keep things simple and reduce the amount of cash handled on site. As a London box we are aware that those new to the country may have a period without a UK bank account and payment cards – in this case we are happy to accept cash until you are fully set up.
When are Open Gym sessions?
We have a number of sessions each day called WOD flexible option. In these sessions you can choose to use some, or all of the session, to focus on your own training goals. The coach will be on hand to give you tips and for safety whilst their focus will be the running of the WOD. These can be booked as a session on any membership type.
Is there any transaction fees on top of the membership?
We swallow all transaction fees. The only thing we ask is that when you receive notification of a failed payment you contact us on day one. We are charged for every failed payment so we just need to know when any issues are likely to be resolved
Can I put my membership on hold if I can’t make it and how long for?
We understand our members often have lives that require being out of town for significant periods from time to time be it on holiday or business. If the break is 1-12weeks in length we are happy to add a hold with a £10 hold fee per hold. For shorter trips we ask you to use your membership flexibly around it or, if necessary reduce your membership type – we will need advance notice of this though so just drop us a message before you membership renews. You may prefer to use our online sessions to maintain your training whilst out of town.
For illness and injuries we ask that you contact us at the earliest opportunity so we can work out the best option.
What’s the process if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your membership for any reason we ask you to contact us no later than 48hours before your renewal is due. We send a reminder around that point to help. We will ask for your feedback to enable us to improve and potentially encourage you to stay but we won’t make any further charges once processed. We also like to hear if you have enjoyed your training so we can share positive feedback with the team too.
